1. PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

• Information Collection: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, contact information, and educational/career background when you register for the 3P Blueprint or 1:1 Mentorship.
   

• Data Usage: Your information is used only to provide our services, process payments, and communicate updates regarding your mentorship.
   

• Payment Security: We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
   

• Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

 2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Note: This section is mandatory for Razorpay account activation.
 

• Program Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our mentorship and limited batch sizes, fees paid for the 7-Week Career Transformation Journey or 3P Blueprint are non-refundable once the batch has commenced.
   

• Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided the program has not started.
   

• 1:1 Sessions: Cancellations for private mentorship must be made 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
   

• Event Tickets (Maths Idol): Tickets for specific events or competitions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another student with prior written consent from TMC.

3. TERMS OF USE
By using this website and our services, you agree to the following:
 

• Intellectual Property: All content, including strategic frameworks, "3P" methodologies, and session recordings, are the exclusive property of Dr. Rajesh Tanti and The Mentor Consultancy. You may not record, copy, or redistribute these materials.
   

• Professional Conduct: We maintain a professional environment. TMC reserves the right to remove any student from a program without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unprofessional.
   

• No Guarantee of Outcome: While we provide elite strategies and tools used by the top 1%, career success depends on individual effort and market variables. TMC does not guarantee specific salary figures or job placements.
   

• Governing Law: Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dimapur, Nagaland.
